All attendees and presenters are responsible for their own travel arrangements. When conference registration opens in the spring, our website will outline hotel blocks and recommendations. Many attendees and presenters travel by car or fly into the Pittsburgh International Airport and rent a car to drive into Latrobe. Latrobe has limited rideshare and public transportation options. Latrobe is also home to the Arnold Palmer Airport, which flies to and from a few select destinations. 

All attendees and presenters will have the option to submit payment by credit card or check via mail. Checks should be made out to the Fred Rogers Institute and mailed to 300 Fraser Purchase Rd, Latrobe, PA 15650.

Yes, the Fred Rogers Center offers a dedicated parking lot with ample spaces to accommodate all attendees. Parking is complimentary for the duration of the conference. After registering for the conference, you will receive details regarding where to park.
